My standards are very high for workmanship and materials,
so when I saw a job that Randy had completed for friends,
I knew who to call for our most recent project, a
1,600 square foot garage, workshop and second floor
loft. The new building had to blend with our 175 year
old log and board and batten home, including dormers,
gothic windows, gingerbread and other aspects of the
period look. Not only were all of our unique requirements
possible, but the work was completed to a very high
standard of structural integrity and fit and finish
quality. Just about every day, we heard – “it’s
whatever you want”, rather than “I don’t
think we can do that”. So, I have already recommended

This was not our first custom built home, and having
watched too many Holmes on Holmes episodes, we were
a bit nervous about building again. Fortunately you
were referred to us and from the initial meeting right
up to the final finished product we have been more
than satisfied. You and your team gave us more than

had requested and well beyond building code requirements.

Dear Randy
We just wanted to say how glad we are that we had
you back to do our addition. The sunroom and full
walkout basement is all that we asked for and more.
We appreciate your honesty and straight forward advice
regarding all the work that was completed, including
the kitchen renovation as well. The one thing that
impressed us, you always keep your word and the price
quoted did not change. You were always very approachable
with anything and that made this project easy for
us. I'd say the results were the envy of the neighborhood,
but since so many of my neighbors have used you already;
