In 2003, R & M decided to get involved the foundation business, and quickly certified 4 of their staff members and after several hours and many basements they where ready to tackle the foundation business head on. Using the well know Logix I. C. F. (Insulated Concrete Form) wall system, has taken
R & M. again, to another level.

In Jan of 2004, R & M was presented with an award of excellence from the people @ Logix. There innovative use of the logix product has put them in a special class of constructors, Once again, R & M has push the envelope with the Logix wall system.
