Since the age of 8, Randy has been involved in the construction business. The son of a contractor in Toronto, Randy grew up learning the business and was surrounded by people who where acquainted with all aspects of the construction field.

For the next 20 years he would hone his skills and become familiar with everything necessary to become one of Peterborough ’s top contractors. In 1983, R & M Smith Contracting was formed and in 1986 it became a corporation, adding Limited to the name.

Specializing in everything, including decks, renovations and Major New Home Productions, R. & M. has no job that is too small.
